running two accounts

I wanted to know if you can run two accounts at the same time now I know I cant do things like have one play overwatch for me however 

is it allowed to have one fighting cartels and one doing things like running drug?

Multiple accounts.

The use of multiple accounts to knowingly benefit your other account while both logged into the server is strictly prohibited.

Examples but not limited to - Using one account to initiate while your other is set up in an advantageous posistion.

Having multiple accounts simultaneously running drugs or 1 collecting/processing and 1 defending.

Yes, you can share keys, but you cannot hold more than 5 houses total

How do you share keys with an alt account without them both being logged in at the same time?

you can have both accounts on at the same time, they just cant be benefitting each other. the above example of one capping drug cartel and the other running drugs is taking advantage of the cartel cooldown and obviously no processing cuts. having 2 accounts that are completely separate technically shouldnt be forbidden under current rules.
