Add the titan launcher and other weapons to the game.

I think we should add the Titan launcher, we should make the launcher 100k, and the missiles 150k a round. ( or more for both ). This would make the flares on air vehicles actually useful and make fighting a little more interesting. In my opinion there is a major lack of a variety of weapons within the server both legal and illegal. Obviously there needs to be limitations, and certain weapons should not be allowed to be used, but I think there's definitely room for improvement.
