Someone selling house to me BUT

This guy is selling his house to me though he put it on sale but it says its still owned plz help me ASAP

I swear he did this actually happened to me before but then i didnt care much but now I don't get it he actually put it on the market hes a trusted friend of mine.

Im telling u yes I can but the thing that keeps me stuck with this is that a couple months ago my brother did it too and same exact thing happened

I'm pretty sure the house listing feature is buggy, I have yet to ever get any of my homes successfully listed, I've always ran into your issue where it tells me it is listed on the market but when someone tries to buy it, it says its owned.

Sounds like this guy and your brother are scamming you, this puts you in a real bad position and the potential to lose LOTS of money to these scammers.  I recommend cutting all communication from this "guy" and your so called "brother" and never speak to either of them again.  That's the best advice I can give you mate.
