Adaptive Crosshair on or off?

Had it off for a couple of months now and thinking of turning it back on...any opinions?

Keep it off, it will make quick peeking easier, along with arranging shots before you peek easier as well.

After I turned it off I never turned it back on. Arma 3 has such a long range play style that I find it near to useless. Only good for cqc.

I have it on, so used to it

Enabled: for shooting with 3rd person crosshair
Disabled: for pre-aiming behind cover and quick peaking

Nowadays I play with it enabled all the time. Only because I'm forgetful and sometimes get in trouble, because I accidently leave it disabled.

I played with it on for most of my Arma hours, I finally turned it off and I like it a lot more.  Only downsides is that sometimes when peaking you'll shoot the cover in front of you because there's no indicator of where your actually aimed at.

Thats the issue that bothers me its not completely reliable unless your experienced with it off. All good advice I'm going to try it off for a bit and see how that goes!

I play with it off and i primarily play cqb. I like to aim on my own - i 3p when i dont have enough time to scope in. I always feel like its going to lock on a rock while im trying to rush someone and get my fucked over

It doesn't help you in anyway I think just harbors the quick peek.

I leave it On since I 3rd person 0-200m shots quite a lot.

Farther shot I've learned to line up without using the crosshair.
