Well every Governor gets banned while Gov its just the way of asylum.. but seriously dude you'll be un-banned for sure if you comped the guy and it was an accident but if it looked blatantly intentional you may be screwed lol

Kind of a dick move to shoot at you right away, then have his friend in a box truck knock you over to disable you, then to shoot you once again. With the logs of you wiring 77k, should be easily unbanned, but hopefully this guy gets banned instead
