I Need Apex to Play Altis Life?

I Bought the Arma 3, And i will play Altis Life, But I don't have DLC.
I Need the Apex DLC to play in this server?

You can play server's 1-4

but not server 5.

That is only if you use content you do not own, thats being kind. And game developers asking money for the games they make is kind of mandatory..

Yeah, you complain about the equipment or vehicles that come with the DLC. It doesn't matter where you play, if you use it you will get the trademark.
