James Anderson Posted February 1, 2017 Author Report Share Posted February 1, 2017 @Sean That Irish Guy Care to explain why he is moving around at the start, you can clearly see he is, the only reason he stopped was because i started shooting at him, so either Hacks or he was exploit running on the stairs while he was ^Downed^ as you claimed, also i was the only officer in the line of sight to ^Down^ him on the stairs, and i did not.
