Hanzo/Dirty Scrubz Posted March 5, 2017 Report Share Posted March 5, 2017 What you missed is you're supposed to sit in the floating chair and then run and double jump on to the magical floating generator and then once again on to the roof of the factory. At that time, the system will spawn in Bowser who then drops a magic key if you can kill him. With that key, you run back to the prison and unlock the doors and about 20 mins later APD will show up (gotta simulate reality). massi likes this Link to comment
