Description: This property is a clutch gang house to avoid donor with while fights at arms and meth cap are happening. I'd take a box full of med supplies and load both crates up and have everyone spawn there, pull vehicles for free and head to rebel. The house does have 2 large storage crates in it already. Also if you're an asshole like me you can pull out armed offroads and shoot down helis coming and going to rebel.
