Currently it's in a state where only a group leader can set the color to match their HUD. The command appears to not be usable per client, but rather affect the whole group. In this case, it will not work on Cop groups or Gangs, and only on groups made through the phone app. Once I figure out UI code, I can make a drop down on the create group prompt to select a hex color from a few choices.
