There was talk of implementing a tutorial system for people with PID's who have never connected to the server before showing players how to do certain things to start off, such as getting a quad and run peaches in kavala or athira and stuff like that. Not sure if they ever said yes or no to it.

When you recruit them, they will be level 3. If you promote them to level 2 or 1, they have access to gang funds. 3's can put money into the gang bank, but can't talk any out.
