Nope. He is taking some time off but the other leaders have chosen to join other gangs rather then increasing recruitment efforts.

This is not meant as anything negative towards the cops in the video. Honestly in all of the time I have played this game and during my time as a member of the APD I cannot recall anyone using this type of RP. I dont get much RP most of the time as it is. I figured the Gentlemen in this video would enjoy some RP.
