I've been selling some of my houses lately and I'm kind of tired of going to buy new crates every time I buy a new one.
Can the value of the crates be reimbursed and added to the selling price when you sell it to the bank? (With a slight depreciation of course, same as house? is that like 75-80%?)
OR even better yet, allow you to pick a crate back up and transfer to the new house to re-place it there instead of just destroying it?
Realistically, if you add stuff to your house via home improvement, it should raise the value of your house, no?
