Once upon a time, the age requirement to become an APD officer was abolished. We saw a good handful of young bloods that had a sufficient amount of maturity, but we also saw our fair share of kids who could not maintain the levels of maturity and professionalism that are expected of officers. For this reason, it was chosen to stop sifting through the lower ages to find those good few. At one point I would have supported you, but in reality there are already plenty of immature people that are 17+. Destroying the dam would simply flood the staff members with too many incompetent applicants.
I can respect your determination to join the APD, but unfortunately I, along with other people, can't see the ratio of good to bad being viable.

The training I hosted tonight was later than usual due to the requests from different officers who play later than usual. If I get requests for earlier training sessions, I'll try my best to host them but your best bet is to contact an EU trainer just 'cause it's most likely easier for them. If you continue to have difficulty attending training sessions, please request one here or contact a training officer privately to work out a time. We try our best to keep a steady schedule but of course there are things that will get in the way. We're more than aware of the importance of these training sessions and your limited times of availability so please feel free to hit us up.
