Okay, but without those cartels/turfs which only a few gangs can hold a certain time, loadouts are $15k-$20k, and ~$12k for just the 7.62, not to mention that most of the cops on the server can't even BUY the 7.62, making your point valid to only those with access to that weapon. Another thing, most cops that zerg like a motherfucker are the ones with MK20's, getting in hatchsports and just stomping it across that bridge hoping that they can at least get to the island with minimal damage to them or their car, if that cop dies? No biggie, he'll gladly respawn with his MK20 at Pyrgos HQ, pull out another sport and do the exact same thing... Why? Because he has a free loadout that he could give less than two shits about. The reason this is a problem is because every single constable on the server will do this again and again and again and again and it's effective because Arma close quarters is all trade killing, and when cops are doing this a shit ton they will eventually outnumber the absolute fuck out of whatever they're shooting at, and while it is a police strat that works, it's very scummy. I can say GF every time to any other gang when I fight a cartel, because you know, they didn't rush me with a hatchsport and overwhelming numbers, they got the best of me.
Also the comparison of cop respawning to rebel respawning is outrageous. If you honestly think it is THAT easy to come back into a fight as a rebel you don't play civ enough. The bank, fed, and prison are all way to far from any rebel outpost that by the time you drove over there, you'd have to be the one rushing into HQ 1v12 against every cop on the server because you were the lucky one that got lethaled out of the deerstand when you peeked, and great shot to the guy that tapped me, you're doing what I expect when I do a prison break but never get, a good, mid-long range fight where a lick of sense is needed to actually shoot someone, rather than aiming in a general direction of a person and holding left mouse button until we trade, because that is one of the most boring forms of combat (IMO) in this game.

I understand if there is only 1 cop online and all the trouble is happening with a group of rebels, and he wants to keep coming back. But it gets incredibly pathetic when there are rdmers in town, and they're focusing on people doing cocaine. I get it a couple times, give it a chance, but town should be their top priority.

Very fucking simple, don't stand around in towns while wanted. And no, it's not abuse to do this it is working as intended. Get over yourselves, rebels have every advantage over bounty hunters and sorry that civilians in Kavala or Agia can't sprint away or get their friend to pistol bang the bounty hunter or do it themselves after they are done looking for you.

They killed him in two seconds, there's no way they properly accessed what was going on and me personally, going into a situation like that I would be thinking there is a possibility that it's a toy gun. Does it have anything to do with him being black? Fuck no, people who think that do not look at facts. But it is very reasonable to say the police officers acted way too fast and were trigger happy.

There's downsides and upsides to having a money cap. But I think it's good where it is. Just spend your money on expensive shit like houses and vehicles.
