No, just no. Some people bought houses in locations for far more than what they're actually worth. I spent 150k on a 70k house in DP21 so I would be close to meth. Houses in Abdera are worth 500k+ simply due to their proximity to Spirit Distillery. If you're really looking for a specific area, try the Real Estate forum for Altis/Tanoa and see if you can snag a house.
