Some of these guys are really nice despite they can't speak English and will most likely kill you in the middle of a city with an sdar. If you get a chance to talk to them they are pretty cool.

Or you could, ya know, sell that house and go somewhere else. I personally don't have a turf house but I love watching people get salty when they get rooked in a turf. Have people to watch over for you and smoke the flag out and cap it. This is of course bias from an MLG "Turf Sitter"

Watchu mean (life rules)? And I don't think a prison would be good. Prison fights are only to kill people. No one ever does a prison break to actually get someone out. Like kyrpton said, there needs to be something with more incentive.

How would I go about getting one of these made?

No because that would mean a turf would be active almost all the time for the whole restart, rendering the perks as useless as the cartel perks.

They did when the first joined the server. They always fought arms and had like 15 people with them at a time. I think they gave up and moved to kavala though.

+1 though some might not like this, I feel like this would give people more of a reason to explore the map and would bring more of a purpose to playing, and I think more people would play it because they want to reach the next "level" in a sense.

Not for war kills but maybe another achievement for shits and giggles. Shank 100 people unlocks the title, "Prison Pimp" but on the serious side no, donor campers are bad enough. Prison is only for afk.

+1 only problem with DP missions would be people cap when there are only 30 people and 4 cops online and grind the shit out of it from 1 to 6 am EST.

This was like my first time using a jet other than in editor. That was my 2nd jet in 30mins, the first ones engine stalled and crashed.
