So, you can't become a medic if you have a 2$ speeding ticket on your civilian character? Could we do that when you have only a speeding ticket you can still switch jobs?

But if i buy a home from another player that has a barrel and/or storage crate, will i be able to keep and use them?

Whenever i go to a house improvent store to buy crates for my house, it tells me that i need to pay 10$ to acess the store. So i can't buy crates, barrel etc... unless i pay 10$?
