i'd suggest sticking to one server to be honest, that's the best way to make friends across the server. But of course that's up to preference

You need the talent. Open your cell phone (Y) and open "talents" and unlock the ability which lets you get an offroad truck. You want the truck because it also allows you to fix peopls vehicles while you are inside your truck
