It's my shadow play that isn't clear. I fixed that last night, now it's recording at in game quality. I never worried about it before, I didn't record for montages.

It's interesting to see what the people you play with look like, sometimes you imagine them right some times you're way off. Here is my and my wife and my niece.

My wife almost bought me one on Christmas, but I'd rather wait and get one that has more flight and recording time. It looks fun, and my hobby is metal detecting so it's good to get a birds eye view of places to look for old foundations, roads, trenches, ect. I'll be joining you soon. I've turned rebel last week. My music in my last montage was criticized because it wasn't rap, but I don't listen to the same stuff you youngins do, so I've thrown in some rap that we used to listen to back in my day. See you guys at the cartels.

You have gotten a vote, twice when I was there. Your playtime disqualified you. Not who you are as a person/cop. You're well liked as far as I know, and you're respected for your combat skills.

And it's easy to figure out why. The people who are in charged of voting for your permission see more of your forum posts then cop play time and that forms their impression of you.

Contrary to popular belief: Sucking up to higher ups isn't what gets most people promoted, that's why we have voting. One SGT or one LT doesn't carry a vote, being a good cop gets you promoted. Secondly, from what I see, higher ups do a great job RPing with civs, but the fact remains over half of civs refuse to RP when they get caught. Then when they say, "just give me my ticket! I'm not explaining shit!" they feel like they have the right to complain that the cop did just exactly that and didn't rp with them. Be a good cop, RP well, train cadets well and you'll get noticed. It seems like the cops who believe that fact always tend to end up promoted quickest.
