Revenge X

Going start with.. 

Its not as easy as you guys make it sound. There are some other factors in place other than just our rank. We have confronted the captains in the past about decisions which we didn't agree with and slowly they have been trying to correct it and learn from experience. I do not agree with most stuff they do or say, I gave my opinion out like we did in it in the old ways where we could voice our opinions no matter how harsh they would be and the captains would hear our opinions without costing us our rank but now its different, with the amount of iffy stuff that has happen which people are getting demoted for, I might say very stupid reasons is kinda hard for us to voice out what worries us the most. Also, most of us don't say or voice anything because we have a confidentiality we have to respect as higher-ups. When I say most of us I mean mostly LTS/SGTS just clearing that part out.

Now, going straight to the point on what I want to say. Since these new captains stepped in, US Lts as the higher ranking officers on the APD "the leaders of the apd" (which feels less and less everyday) we have been going through a mayor change were we weren't heard and it took us a couple of arguments to fix that issue, we have been kicked out our senior police chambers or demoted without giving us reasons or able to argue the situation. And this is just an example how we have been treated. So obviously people are afraid of this "new system" where apparently a captain has no limitations on what he can do within the APD. To me this "no limitation" is a big problem as to gives green light to power trip without consequences and this has to stop. At the end of the day I know they are trying to do their best but seems that these guys are bit misguided and don't take a second to argue the fact if this is going to look bad on the APD or on yourself. Just because 2 other people agree with your decision doesn't make it right for the rest of us.

This is a plea to the Lieutenants of the Altis Police Department on behalf of the citizens of Altis. We may not always get along, but I hope that some level of mutual respect exists. It is through this respect that I hope that we may put our differences aside to come together on a single complication - the elephant in the room and arguably, one of the biggest issues facing our community today: The Captains of the Altis Police Department.
 
Lieutenants, it is not just I, Bilal Battu, but the entire community begging you to take a stand. I call on you to be brave and ignore the vulnerabilities of your rank that cause you to cower into your unjust and forced silence. The Captains of the APD treat both their own officers and citizens like second class human beings. It is a shame that our community of Asylum has been forced to brave this storm and today, I am calling for a stop to this madness.
 
As loyal people of this island, both the citizens and police staff have been far too abused. I call for a vote to charge the current Captains of the Altis Police Department with WAR CRIMES.
 
We call for action now. A secret and anonymous ballot is being sent out to all current Lieutenants of the Altis Police Department to vote off our current Captains. Lieutenants, please take this very seriously and understand what is at stake. To my fellow civilians and lower ranking officers of the APD, I ask that you give our Lieutenants support in their endeavor to rid us of these Captains, as they cannot do this without a strong roar of support from our community.
 
The proposal before us is for the greater of this community. Alone we stand no chance, together we are a force. A force that can not be ignored. Such a force, would bring strength instead of weakness, cohesion instead of division, Freedom over oppression!
 
May we look forward to a hopeful future in our Altis of tomorrow and achieve better times than we currently face today. Allahu Akbar!

Hola!, que bueno que esten tomando la iniciativa de hacer una ganga en español, es bueno ver gente de todos paises jugar en nuestros servers. Ahora.. si van a iniciar con alguien o hacer RolePlay con alguien porfavor por respeto a la mayoria del server que son americanos tienen que iniciar en ingles y asegurensen de que los entiendan.
