I've got a couple years video editing under my belt, took classes and stuff in school that actually helped, but in the end editing is just fucking around with everything until you like it. Use Vegas Pro 13 if you're on a PC, Final Cut if on MAC. (I really recommend Final Cut if you have a shitty mac lying around somewhere, it's a lot friendlier than Vegas in terms of interface and usability)

Meh, I don't need increased bank cap or most of the suggestions implemented. If you don't go overboard and you have arms or two turfs loadouts are pretty cheap. Although increased drug payout would be nice. Also wouldn't mind if bank was made easier for cops (parachutes are kinda cool) if it went back to higher dirty money than gold bar percentage.

Corporal + have it and now bounty hunters do too. It'd be nice if owning a rebel license unlocked another talent tree for rebels. Have the points be earned through cop kills/successful banks/ turf caps/ war kills, or whatever else. Obviously the prices would need to be balanced and things would have to cost more than a cop or bh talent as arresting someone takes much longer than popping them in the head. Also if you got points for robbing or lockpicking/etc. Put a timer on it so you cant spam that activity for points (like war kill 5 min timer) Also give rebels the ability to take peoples side arms/ gear at rebel outpost like predators can at skiptracer.
