way to tell the truth. it hurts to read and most don't care or they ignore. but sadly asylum could be x10 better but have admins that shouldn't be admins .. and a system that can be improved :example: naked civs with no bounty should not get banned for combat logging

It would show if people don't know the rules or if they accidentally broke the rules. People put tons of effort into their accounts and get banned for some of the smallest things that effect no one.

Not so much parent controls, but a system that allows players who are banned to be given 1 hour of game play, if they don't break rules, the next day will be 2 hours, ect. While I am banned, this is not a thread to benefit me because I have moved on. Hopefully one day I can come back but If I don't I'll be fine. So please leave the smart ass comments "don't break rules and you'll be fine" out because people get banned for nonsense. I feel that if a player gets granted 1 hour of time to play with exclusively a ban being a perm, it would be a benefit to see if they break rules within that amount of time granted. It would teach them, to a degree on better ways to play and would possibly promote RP because their isn't much you can do within an hour. It would also let them tick their houses if they had crates full of valuables that will go to waste after the few months it might take for them to get unbanned.

There was a few threads about having an armory full of weapons and grenades. A successful prison or breaking open the armory that gives loot will motivate players.

since cadets can play civ, wouldn't a cadet month make better cadets? I think it was a week due to the fact of players wanting to play civ after not playing it for a while and would get removed if they logged on without permission.

You want UC to have hunters/ifrits? An ifrit vehical that is highly frowned upon by the APD that it gets seized, wiped from the earth. It sounds like to me, over time the apd mindset is mixing together with the qualities of rebels. RP has gone down and rebel cops have increased. Now you want the main rebel illegal vehical to be in the hands of police? So you can basically play rebel while on cop, but make money while you enjoy the perks of rebel? There is going to be nothing that separates the APD from Rebels if apd starts obtaining the high end rebel perks. This was before my time, but as I've heard LT+ talk about, the .50 cal was removed from LT because of, abuse? What do you think will happen with ifrits being in the hands of UC. There is a lot of corporals, meaning you'll see a lot of ifrits and rebels will have hardly any chance of espace. Sgt's hunters are balanced, if you bring hunters/ifrits, for a lower rank, it won't be. Doing this will basically squeeze your new players trying to do successful banks for the money and it will really only allow top tier gangs to be successful in escaping.

It's players getting frustrated after Battle.eye kicks and not logging back in. When they log in their might not be a cartel where they are, and they log in later to check to see if they can pull a car, being right in the middle of a fight...
