Sold an Orca

So I gathered all the materials and money needed to make an Orca, the base price says 130k. I assumed if I sold it, rather than keeping it, I would get somewhere from 80-130k. Instead of getting the amount I'd assumed I would get, I got 39k. 

So after spending time gathering resources and putting 40k into the production of the Orca, I get less than what I put into it? Why? That's a huge waste of time and money. The Market needs to be fixed.

Craft them only if you want to keep them, happened to me as well

The whole crafting thing is really dumb in my opinion, just because of the fact you need money to do it.... Whats the point in crafting it if you have to pay for half of it anyway?  Just my thoughts on the system, I don't and never have liked it.

The market should never reach a point where the amount you get for selling it is less than the amount you put into it.

you can actually chop them for more than what you sell on the market

I remember RED's first week here. We thought we'll be making bank by selling the Orca, same mistake as you, got our hopes high and got 38k for it lol.

true story... chopping will get you more but never what you pay for it.

Like stated by everyone else, 

 

Chop it, but make sure you have Zaros. you get like 95k for chopping an orca with zaros, meaning you'll be making 55k an orca.

Yeah chopping it gets you more money, and if that's not the case that's weird. I remember getting 60-80K for chopping a Orca I jacked from the FSA.

If you make it and want profit, chop it. You'll get like 90k give or take.

I think its 90k with the turf actually but still 75k is better than 38k.
