When your cpu is at low temps and your pc can use more preformence it changes the clock speed from the normal and usally overclock it by 5% - 10% in your case the stock speed is 4 ghz and turbo to 4.4 ghz

i would go for a nice 4.6 Oc on yours. You dont have to mess with voltages if you just do a minor OC
