Unfortunately, I think that month after the wipe was the most important, and now it's gone, population isn't going to see a large rise again. I'd say Rogue's best move forward from here would be looking to sell what remains to Olympus so that traffic is consolidated and we can ride out what's left of Altis life on a somewhat populated server.

Prowler and van for constable seems fair. Vans just help you get in, but you still have to win the CQC, so I don't think anyone would mind constables just having a chance.

New lockpicking is pretty fun, lets you take your time if you're just lockpicking safely, but also super fun to try and lockpick people out of cuffs in HQ quickly without snapping the lock.

The windows key interaction menu optional? I have a bind set on windows key already and would prefer to toggle it off.

You can hop over the wall and vest that dome super easily, doubt cops will use it a lot.

Allow purchasing of 3 houses of any size. Once this limit is reached, the user can purchase 2 more properties consisting of 40k houses or garages. These properties do not have storage but can be used as spawn points or vehicle pulling points. Tada.

The gang perk talents have been around for a while, but with uranium now being the only illegal field gatherable without a talent, it makes sense for it to be included. I propose the benefit to gathering quicker be applied to uranium too, and placed alongside the ephedra tier. Since it can only be safely stored in a HEMTT box or box truck, this buff would help make it more worthwhile to run as an alternative to moonshine, hatchback coke, or tempest heroin, without reaching the profit levels that the riskier methods provide.

Lockpicks ended up getting super nerfed somehow, and now you can go through 20-30 lockpicks for one vehicle. Suggesting that the base success chance be increased, so it’s a little more sane.

The lockpick bug being fixed is nice, but is the percentages for actually lockpicking back to normal now? It was taking 30 lockpicks average for a hunter with stock locks.

I think you can get glass from commod trader too.

75 per restart would probably be okay. That being said, scotch is kinda mid when you can just do moonshine and actively make bonkers cash.
