I don't get why Asylum doesn't move from Scroll wheel interactive menu to a more generic UI like a action key. 

I'm not to fussed because i'm not a cop, but I always hear how annoying it is. It would fix so many problems if they just switched to a more traditional method.

+1, but everytime this has been suggested, the devs have said that it will take so long to implement and will require every addaction to be changed.

Remember when the "Send to Jail" scrollwheel option didn't have a confirmation box?  And we had to make APD policies on how to handle suspects we accidentally sent to jail because it happened so often?

I'm still for the confirmation box though I know we could live without it.
