Well say your in a group and your group is initiated with someone or another group such as the APD for example. once your initiated you have 5 min to use the suicide vest on those your initiated with before you have to re-initiate.

Run into kavala with the vest, tell everyone "put ur hands up or you will die", if none of them comply blow urself up  if they comply you cannot kill them or its RDM

simply do not use it kavala or get mass rdm banned. simply do not use the vest on a group of people unless in rdm zone or get mass rdm banned.. simple  but really.. stay out of kavala with it

I keep one in my crate. It's literally just to use if my house gets raided. Never saw much point in one otherwise. Speedbombs on the other hand... nothing quite like taking out a hunter with 4 cops in it without initiation.
