Harcourt Suggestions S5

Harcourt is a destination everyone passes by on Tanoa when traveling, it is a great looking town that has a lot of potential. Unfortunately this place is dead at the moment because it is lacking some essential things. Before I begin with my suggestions I would like to say that the island of Lijnhaven is fairly large, which aside from the main city has very few points of interest. This is why I am suggesting that some things should be added to Harcourt. Firstly this town desperately needs a garage, the next closest garage from the town is at southeast rebel, which nobody would like to visit to get their car. Secondly, Harcourt is a port town with its own dock, it would only make sense that one can get their boat in the water at this area, and to make it an even more lively town there is a wreck site location that could be implemented for players to make some peaceful money. If anyone else has some useful suggestions for this town comment below!
