[LFG] I am not that experienced in Arma but I am a good FPS player

I am 21 years old and reasonably new to Arma but a good FPS and TPS player. I am wanting to learn the pvp and gun mechanics and am willing to do what it takes to help out a gang.

Apply to a newer gang that seem like they have similar experience like you. Gangs don't go looking for players, you have to go to them

Welcome to arma and Asylum, the ballistics in arma are handled very different for any other FPS, or most. to help getting to know with this I also recommend you to go into a King of The hill server, were you can shoot all time to see how it changes and how each type of weapon and fire rate handles (and distances cause of bullet drop).

 

And try to join a gang, you can look for one in the Recruitment thread, there are plenty but as Haych already said, try to join one of the small ones and climb from there.

Active server 4 gangs are Karnage, Envy, Inglorious Basterds, Altist task force (?), etc. you can find their gang pages (and other gangs) here

Apply to Karnage, One New Enemy, or mayhem  and they'll most likely accept you as long as you are financially stable enough,btw if you wanna be good at combat make sure you have combat pace toggled cause asylum is more cqc than anything when it comes to fighting

No one said Uprising, a gang that is literally made for taking in less experienced people to start with on server 4 XD
