New Arms Progress Bar

Is it possible to move the bar down a centimeter or two instead of overlapping other bars (Blood trans, revive).

If you hold cap and have a fight, when your defibbing people who are in close proximity, its hard to know if your reviving a gang member or an enemy. 

you cant see their names so you just have to assume. 

Another note, the bar gets stuck sometimes. As in, it will stay on 10% even if you cap, and be on your screen until you softlog, restart.

but you can go out of the cap zone and comeback, but in a teamfight it's risky.

not if the bar freezes on your screen.

I dont pay attention to what they say anymore, i just expect things to be broken

I asked Gnashes if he could have two bars there and I don't remember why but I do believe he said he can't make it so theres two bars next to one another

We already hot fixed that (I thought), but we can look at it again.  Anyway, getting a text message will clear the bar for you so if it's stuck, then have a friend text you.  

I find a good fix for this is to just text the APD and ask them to respond.

Is it possible to get a chat message (like sidechat) that says "defibbing X" or "Executing Y"? Seems simple enough.

Lol what?

Not global messages, client messages. 

IE "Door opened" "Door Locked" Those are client messages.
