F1 is a hotkey used for CS:GO hacks, transferred to Arma, so yeah, a quicker way to call hacks.

Most of the CS:GO hacks going around use the F keys on the top of the keyboard to toggle shit, it might not be F1 but is like F7, F8, F9, that shit. Sorry if I mixed it up.

Im not hacking but i have never seen a csgo hack that you had to use F keys, only ins

From what I've heard there's a script related program that causes the player to lag when F1 is pressed

OK to say what it actually is... it is the for a program known as a lag switch.  F1 is the hotkey set to using it.  It is used to give yourself an advantage against other people when you lag so they cant shoot you.  There is an ongoing joke that Nv Has it because they lag so much.
