Unfortunately you're chances of finding a house in athira that isn't owned or being sold at market price is very unlikely.

But with that said, I have had extremely good luck at finding some houses in nice areas just by looking house by house. So my advice to you is go out and search yourself because people either quit or are banned and nobody knows there's a house available.
