Scroll Wheel gives me a white dot

I dont know why but when I tried to set up controls for a different mouse a few months ago I started getting this weird problem.

 

 

When I scroll wheel I get a white dot. Most people will say the same However this white dot makes me scroll wheel again to get options.

 

The second time I scroll wheel it moves it once and then gives me the dot again. In order for me to do anything I need to scroll wheel a total of three times.

1. Get the menu

2. Move it once to say get in back

3. Get the menu again to click it.

 

Its ridiculously impacting shit , anyone know a fix or have an idea

It also affects my map. I cant move my map until I right click about three times

I get this as well, but the temporary fix I use is right clicking. I just learned to live with it.

I literally spend about 10 seconds every time i try to get in a car because it requires me to Scroll Wheel + right click literally three times to get in

All ya gotta do, is come to my house in DP 19 so we can discover the fix of this 'white dot' issue you have. Hopefully it doesn't take more then 45mins

just right click when the dot is there and it fixes it for me rat

Usually happens to me when you press something like from F1 to f10.

you can go on controls and remove the whole F row so it doesn't happen .. that's how I was getting the dot

This happens to me too, must likely what Fudger said, I think under command options disable any "F" command and that will solve it.

 

I'm just to lazy to do  it again xD

Um idk just look under controls until u see the F that u press and disable it

Have the same problem but not frequent, i just right click when it appears.

What fudger said is probably the situation.
