I'm not a real attorney but I do play one on Asylum and I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night as well. According to part 272 of title 15 of the code of Federal Regulations; "Use of imitation firearms against a person" can be considered assault with a deadly weapon and carry felony penalties under section 13 of the penal code. This landmark ruling was decided by judge Goldberg in the case, APD vs. Kavala troll 2014. If you've read this far I'm speaking out my ass and nothing above is even remotely close to the truth.
