I assumed this transgression took place some  time ago. Since it was so recent I wouldn't think lifting it so soon would be fair to the others who were forced to wait until their actual birthdays or 3+ months.  While people deserve a chance to redeem themselves they should also be required to serve a punishment for their wrong doing.  Reinstating you now would server a no punishment at all considering the rule was just passed and you just became eligible.

FINAL UPDATE

I've finally been contacted by Jamooze about the situation. Good news, the blacklisting isn't indefinite and I'll be unblacklisted soon. Jamooze treated me with respect and understood what I was going through. Currently, the new age limit is an experiment and it's only for people who've never lied on their other applications. I understood and agreed.

Thanks for the all +1's and all the people who believed I should be given a second chance.
