My problem the server is so glitchy. The house is in such a good location I didnt wanna lose it. Call me paranoid?

How the hell am I suppose to fill out a compensation report when the darn link is broken? This is absurd, My house was on the market so I purchased it for 150k, the next day the house was back on the market so I purchased it for a second time and all my crates spawned back and sure enough after reset the house is back on the market. Now I am out 300k and all the gear lost from crates and I cant even report it!?!?!?!?!!?
