Well sir, asylum has a history of both. Im here to tell you that there is a very good reason the modded is gone and stratis.

Can you give me some context on to why it isn't? I'd like to understand for future ideas so that I can view them from the staffs perspective.

Since there is some changes to the HVT policy and the outcry from rebels. I propose the ability for the following. The green pill boxes at Atria and Pygros APD stations have the ability to be secured. This could be a scroll timer like repairing. This would make it harder for a group of rebels to just rush the box and spray. They too would have the ability to unlock the door via the use of lockpicks. It would hopefully reduce the ticket and jail within 10 seconds and could potentially create the ability to both RP with the rebel in custody and the rebels attempting to break him free. Thoughts? @bamf @Subaru @Gnashes can you speak to this from the coding side? Would this be a huge undertaking?

75% would be a little too OP IMO. 50% is a start. but I fear that this mechanic would reduce the need for rebels to interact with the APD. There is already a big gap between the two factions where little RP exists. Having the bounty is a part of the game... the ease of removing it with zero interaction would only increase the division between the factions. Just my opinion of course

Jesus. Could you explain to the group what your exact thoughts are on this. Also, would you provide some effective and efficient ways to address your listed concerns? I'm sure that most would enjoy a explanation in layman's terms to ensure we're on the same page.

A solid resolution to the above mentioned issues is leaving kavala, never going back and utilizing a recording software. As screenshots do little to nothing to combat the above mentioned rule violations and does little to further support the communities goal of immersive and supportive gameplay oritneted around light RP.
