    Hey guys!
    So I decided to try something new and get into a GTA Mod series on Zombie Apocalypse settings! I spent DAYS watching tutorials, guides and videos on how to edit and script to get the character clothing, the maps, the mods, the weapons, sounds, animations and a ton more in the correct format for the most optimal viewing experience. This is a teaser trailer to a series I will be doing on the Simple Zombies Mod on GTA, and every episode will have a short cinematic opening such as the one shown here.     I made this post a few months back, but it was just an idea then. Now, I've tweaked it a bit and I think it would be a good addition in 9.0.
     
    CONCEPT
    Essentially, it's a Rebel v. Rebel v. APD cartel. Upon holding it, the owners do not receive dirty money, but an increased paycheck and decreased prices for everything.
    I suppose you could say that it's a constantly popped turf, that has a flag like a cartel.
     
    APD FIGHTING
    The majority of the time, the cartel is going to be Rebel v. Rebel, and only occasionally is it going to be fought by APD. In the case of the APD fighting the compound, all APD officers above the rank of LT online must agree on fighting it. If there is no LT+ online, than the cartel isn't to be fought. When the higher ranking officers agree, every online officer is required to respond to "bring the compound back." Upon getting there, a designated APD officer must set up at a small shed placed in the middle of the compound. The officer then must scroll wheel on a computer and sit within 20m of the computer for about 10-15 mins, until the hacking is done. Within this time, if the officer is killed or restrained, the restoration fails, similar to a bank. However, if the officers can defend the hacker, the compound is given to the APD. Rebels cannot retake the compound for another 30+ minutes
    When held by the APD, all APD officers recieve a $300 paycheck every 5 minutes, and all prices for guns, gear and y-inventory are lowered by 10%.
    If the compound comes under attack by rebels, all APD are required to respond at least once, but it only takes priority over prison breaks. If the APD remove all rebels from the capture area, they are able to begin hacking to take it back, and if a rebel comes back into the capture point, it cancels all hacking. The length of the hack is dependent on how far the capture has gone.
     
    REBEL FIGHTING
    Fighting the compound as a rebel is exactly like every cartel.
    When a gang holds the compound, every online member of the gang receives an increased paycheck dependent on however many players are online. For example, if 10 players are online, the online gang members will all receive a $200 paycheck, and if 100 players are online, online gang members will receive a $500 paycheck.
    Upon capturing the cartel, it cannot be recaptured for another $30+ minutes.

    Increase in gang bank cap.
    Give out skins for ifrits/orcas/50's for having so many war points.
    Make the cartel money stack up to 200k and increase 1.5x faster.
    Move meth lab back west of Athira, great location, rebels, cops and all will enjoy it.
    Remove east arms, add house cap back.
    Remove cocaine castle, add meth compound back.

    The cartel ticks up to 100k as it normally does now.
    The money may be removed at any time.
    After being capped at 100k for 10 minutes, the fridge money will drain by 10k per minute into the gang bank of the gang who owns it, until it reaches 0k.
    This encourages fighting rather than just camping rebels.
    If the cartel is contested during the drain into bank, the money drain stops and must go through the 10 minute time after being recapped. (unless it's not at 100k, in which case it must tick up again.)
