    They can't be locked and they can be searched by the police so that's why you need to hide them in bushes and mark it on the map.

    Reason for Appraisal : #1 Precinct 4 Corporal, hands down. Always has my back, and always willing to go the extra mile when role-playing with civs. Excellent at taking charge of a situation when needed, and equally as impressive when taking orders. His work with new (and not so new) cadets is unparalleled. He's always ready to inform others of new policy updates and bring the cadets up right!

    But agreed, you don't know what you are getting for donating, the list is super outdated and contains nothing interesting (you actually get some decent things for donating now), no wonder Asylum had money problems before loot box's.

    Yeah I know you get some better stuff than what they show. Waiting to donate myself until I see a updated list lol :)

    Not bounty but compensation for your time maybe. I would be for regular decent paychecks and bonuses for processing people with bounties over 10k. Not if you give them a full ticket, just a bonus for catching them. No matter how the processing goes.
