So @bamf, to clarify, does this mean S2 is back up and running for good? I wanna know for sure so I can liquidate my S4 assets and return to my home of S2.

Please @bamf @Gnashes @Paratus bring back our lovely Server 2. The population of the servers has been coming back and all of us from S2 beg you to bring back our beloved server. Personally, I own a lot of high value properties that I can't buy on the other servers so the transition for us S2 folk has been extremely tough. On behalf of all S2 residents, I promise we will behave. All we ask for is our home server, nothing more.
Please consider our plea and thank you for your time.

I have two 70k properties in Athira that I wouldn't mind selling you. I'd say a fair price is 300k. hmu if you want screenshots.

I own 3 Athira houses currently. I've owned 6 different properties in Athira. Personally, I'd pay a maximum of 750k for that house. If you find the right person, that house could easily sell for 600k to 850k. I honestly don't think you could get away with a million. Not unless the person wants the house desperately or doesn't understand property value. That house is a good end game house; I wouldn't sell it if I were you.
