8. Tell us something about you. What can you bring to the team? Why should we accept you?: I am a veteran of Arma 3 with over 5500 hours, and I am an efficient pilot and sharpshooter, most of all I like to have fun just like you guys

Can we please get the donor perks updated half the stuff on them I can buy such as vr suit which is ment to be only for 250$ donator 

Now, I didn't come here to rip on the staff team calling them all lazy cunts who don't do anything because I understand. I completely understand that they are older men/women who have families and don't have a lot of time for this shit. I know that Admin has a ton of power and I believe that's why you hire older people so you have less trust issues. But this is where I don't understand.

Now I own a server on Garry's Mod. I can setup a ton of ranks with different permissions. The higher the rank the more trust you earned the more perms you get. I'm not sure if thats how it works with Arma.

The reason I state that is because where the fuck is the Moderator rank? Has it been left out? Has it broken? There is a reason that there is a Support,Moderator,Admin rank. As you gain more trust you gain more permissions. The reason why the staff team lacks is because like I said before the admins have families and stuff and don't have time for this shit. What about the Moderators though? I have not seen one moderator in my entire time being on the server. 

Where I am going with this is that if we have "MODERATORS" you won't have as many trust issues because they will only have basic commands that can fucking help people out so you can have a countless number of them. You should always have a staff member on the server so they can be there to make the environment less toxic. 

Moderator: They will handle most of the forum comp request, ban appeals, reports etc. They make the decision on what happens to whatever the topic was posted about. They also need to be active in-game and mute trolls, kick rule breakers, etc. Their role is to be serious while in this position to show that they are mature enough to take the next step on becoming an Admin.

Admin: They are the final decision maker. They will see that a Moderator has commented on a post with their decision. Admin's can chose to take action or look over the report to make sure the Moderator isn't being too harsh and making sure there is enough evidence. Admin's also aren't required to be super active they are only suppose to be needed in case of serious emergencies. They are also free to host events any time they want and they must give people the money who's comp requests have been approved by a Moderator.

This is how I picture the staff team should be like. I know it probably isn't that easy but I would like to know, why can't it be like this? All in all someone needs to let me know why Moderator isn't a thing anymore because Moderator's would be so much help on the server.
