Verify your flies, Turn "No logs" on in the start up Perimeters and than switch them off it doesn't work (sometimes Arma debugs itself doing the "No logs" reset test). If not it's time for a fresh install of Arma. Hope I helped!

If you are using standard settings you will get low frames. I can help you optimism your game for better FPS but keep in mind ARMA is very CPU intensive and Intel is better on your frames than AMD.
