So, You are a bounty hunter. You just caught a 49k bounty and you are on your way to turn him in. Seems as good as gold right? Next thing you know you are at the courthouse, the guy you have restrained says something like "Allahuakbar!!!!" And then he fricking dissappears. This needs to be fixed, i am making this post so we, the asylum community, can halt the unfair use of the Alt+F4 function in our daily altis lives.
Make this post popular so we can make asylum the way it is supposed to be.
(P.S.-If what i am asking for is literally impossible, I would prefer for you keyboard warriors to not poop on me in the comments.  )

Nah, if you just reroute the central mainframe codex into the html.exe file, and then type in "no alt+f4 plox", siri will be like "si senor", and then the alt f4 will be fixed.

This is my polite way of telling you that it happens alot, and it's not possible to fix someone Alt+F4ing.
Also, not something that isn't well known in the community.

Always good to start off simple and work your way into more complex stuff as you get better with photoshop, there is nothing wrong with how he is starting.  I started with being just as simple as that.  As I got more familiar with the tools and how to work with them I started doing more complex stuff, I agree though, messing around and doing crazy stuff helps you understand how to utilize your tools.  
After a few years of designing you'll really get the hang of what you're doing in photoshop, I'll give you an example of my work from 6 years ago vs some work from a couple months ago.  Both are the same type of design (photo-manipulation).  I was really inspired by "photo-manipulation" and matte painting.
So 6 years ago when I was 14 I tried going for my first photo-manipulation, this was throwing a bunch of images together messing around and just going crazy with what I knew from photoshop, took me a few hours to do. 

And this is some work from a couple months ago.  Since that first design from 6 years ago, I have done easily over a 100 different photo-manipulations, many which turned out to be garbage and just throwing away, but practicing everyday just messing around always helped me out. Getting to know your tools, and how to use them is one of the biggest parts to getting a great outcome.  In this piece I did a lot of painting too, so not 100% photo-manipulation like the one above, but it's all about knowing your tools and how to effectively use them, in this case I used the brush to do a lot of this piece.  

Anyway, just keep practicing throwing together crazy stuff, get to know your tools and how to effectively incorporate them into your work.  Also never give up, your first work might not look the best, or you might think it's trash, but truth is we all start somewhere, and at one point everyone did work they weren't too proud of. 
 

suggestion: upload everything to a portfolio and link that. so others can see what other work you've created. 
 
edit: not everything, but what you feel is your best work.

Before they took me away the police showed up and downed all of us while I was shitting my pants about the hemmit. So they take us away to their HQ and, thank god, they impounded my hemmit full of drugs Without searching it! xD
Ended up only having a 50 second prison sentence...

-Well, ever been in the situation where you are lacking transport and you are about to starve to death? Well then Food Truck Supply Co. is who you call!
How could i join?
-To join Food Truck Supply Co., All you need to do is put [FTS] before your name (and preferably have an indian character as your profile) and you are apart of the team!
What do i need?
-All you need is a vehicle that can take you anywhere on the island in 30-20 minutes, just for those complex situations people always find themselves in, and then have at least 20 of every item in your stock(but you can increase the amount by what item sells most, whether it be beer or burgers, in order to satisfy demand).
What is there to gain?
-From being apart of the FTS you can make friends with really "interesting" people, have amazing role play experiences, and gain large amounts of profit (by selling beer at 700 dollars a pint) by exploiting your "convenience fee".
