The process is in place to reduce the amount of attacks on hq's and give an opportunity for RP to take place. You have the same odds of getting robo copped as we do getting a salty rebel. I guess I did fly a little too close to their turf. I was simply trying to observe the elusive MoB in their natural habitat. They tend to get a bit aggressive, especially when they feel their territory has been intruded upon.
