No you are being punished for having a "mem leak" for over 10 minutes and then leaving when a fight starts near you. It not crashing, you just leaving

@Gavir if I remember correctly you came into TS complaining about RDM that was not even happening to you. You saw another player get killed without being told anything. I told you then, the player could be getting texted or be in a private phone call with the player. Arma does not have the ability to log voice channels. With that in mind, as many others have said and too repeat what I told you then. Record and report and we will do the very best we can to make amends to the player wronged, not to the random guy trying to report others when they are not part of the event in question.

It is a case by case basis for comps when a bounty combat logs. If you have the player report we of course will ban, but lets say the bounty logs out in the middle of nowhere. I usually do not comp or I will give a portion of the bounty in this case. If they CL in front of court house I give full comp. I treat this the same as rebels asking for full comp when they have ingredients or fully cooked drugs but are far from drug dealer. There is no guarantee that you would have jailed them without them potentially having friends rescue them, you crash, etc.
