You career cops are crying like every kid in Kavala will be running around with an MXM. The hours you spent on your knees in the APD aren't more valuable than the time I spent cleaning out Kavala while you hid in your HQ.

It's a gray area that needs to be reworked, cops know this and use it to circumvent having to initiate with you or your buddies. They walk up to you and restrain you while telling you that you're going to be restrained, knowing damn well that in-game voice chat is delayed. So now you're sitting in Kavala square powerless without having been given a chance to prevent them from restraining you. Now people will tell you to stay out of Kavala, those people can choke on a pizza roll.

Yeah, at least wait for me to tell you to eat my ass before you restrain/down me. The worst part about this is it's all "gray area" so cops can continue to restrain people before the person has time to react.

A guideline that no officer follows, I always get restrained then get told I'm being restrained. It's like no one knows that there's a delay when you talk in-game.

It's not really far-fetched when you look at the way guns are crafted on Asylum, a little bit of Iron and Salt make an SMG. I think maybe Iron Ingots and a new cloth material can be used to craft Carrier Lites.
