i like the changes you recommended , Still honestly feel like the bank is good enough as is your main objective is still to stop the criminals from taking off with the money once that's secured you go after the guys on the roof, the main problem with banks is all the apd members want to play sniper elite and nobody pushes up, been several occasions where i could just rush either the back or the side of the bank make it inside and noone would even be covering first floor being able to disable the drill by myself.. Prison i feel ike it's in a good location, the fed would be nice to be able to stop smash and grabs by getting a warning when someone enters the compound i mean it is a federal reserve after all i don't think you'd be allowed to just walk inside of it like that xD and yes up the money you get from gold bars for the risk/profit ratio!
