Yea its nearly impossible, everything works against you. This was honestly like the 100th person I've called and just got lucky. - No one ever picks up - Only 3 callers can be on simultaneously for the entire server. Since it's a new feature it's constantly in use. - Finally once you get someone on the line they don't say anything at all. I suppose they don't know how to use the system. - On the rare chance they answer and actually reply, they don't play along and hang up.

It's hard to recommend a specific CPU that fits your needs. You plan on playing other games? Plan on overclocking? If so, how involved do you plan on getting. No overclocking with stock fans, some overclocking with upgraded air, water cooling, liquid nitrogen cooling?

Unfortunately it's not as simple as "higher numbers = better". Arma 3 uses old architecture and won't utilize more than 4 cores. Even though having 16 cores running at 1 GHz sounds appetizing, a 4 core running at 2 GHz will run significantly faster in Arma. If you're purchasing a CPU specifically for Arma, even though other games won't perform as well, purchase something with fewer but more powerful cores.

Or just running through regular Kavala Square.

Before adding more RAM It's important to understand what memory will do. It won't increase your performance but it will increase your capacity. So unless your simultaneously rendering videos, playing 3x games while have 100 tabs open in your browser you won't notice it. 8gb is the sweet spot, 16gb is just a buffer, at 32gb you mid as well throw those sticks out the window.

For a moment I thought this was an actual business.

Hosting an international community requires finding a common language, where everyone can interact with one another. Whether it be Japanese, English, Spanish or German one needs to be found. It can be difficult to choose one without discounting others, but the choice needs to be made and it needs to be firm. Don't view it as racist or distasteful but view it as a unique and excellent tool to improve on your own language skills.

Odd thing is, I have 23ms in-game. So it's definitely not located within Finland.

When did Server #3 begin being hosted in Finland?
