Hey @bamf @Gnashes, firstly thank you both for the skiptracer general store! It's awesome. On a related note, though, I've noticed the skiptracer vehicle fella has gone mysteriously missing at Kavala Skiptracer. Did you guys move him, or is he just bugged out? (I have yet to check pyrgos skiptracer but I'll let you know if/when I get there.)

Could we possibly get the global discount from Tycoon to actually work?

Edit: Yeah, I just saw that. That is really weird. It certainly *seems* like honor payouts are a lot less recently.

Huh. Would it be possible to lobby for a return to higher honor per dollar of bounty? As is, it's nearly impossible to gain honor.

@Gnashes I just did the math, and if the amount given is really bounty / 50 then (intentional or not) that's a huge decrease from what it was. That'd mean turning in a 150k bounty would give you 3k honor, whereas before you'd get close to 10k honor for a 150k bounty. If the honor given was even bounty / 20 that'd be much closer to what I recall (7500 for 150k)

@bamf So the honor system for Bounty Hunters is definitely bugged. I just turned in a 40k bounty and only got 400 honor for it, and from asking around it seems other people are also experiencing far less honor per dollar than before. My gangmate with the Fair Share talent (you get 5% when a groupmate turns in a bounty) got more honor than me.

+1 Nothing is more frustrating than getting somebody with a high bounty, having them at the courthouse, and having them combat log. I've easily lost over a mil in prospective bounties this way, and gotten a *max* of 100k back in compensation. That's over 900k in lost money, honor, and time. Yes, I got the combat loggers banned, but even I sometimes forget to record or screenshot, and it shouldn't be a requirement for bounty hunters to have to record every single time we go hunting in case someone combat logs. It's an epidemic, really. I've talked to admins, and I recognize the issues with instant-ban CL (what if someone is kidnapping somebody, etc.) but I 100% agree with jailing somebody for CLing if they're tied up. Even if the tied up person is kidnapped, they shouldn't CL, so in my eyes jail would be an appropriate solution for all situations.

Hm. Maybe I'm crazy, but I feel like I've been getting a lot less honor per dollar of the bounty. I'll document it if it happens again.
